Our clients are offered a multitude of personal services normally reserved for five star hotels. Clients can rely on a 5ive Star Concierge to handle any issue involving their property. We regularly enter a secure luxury home and oversee the delivery of valuable items. We also will be on hand for vendor service calls.

5ive Star Concierges are mobile and can be at any residence within 20 minutes in most cases.

Some highlights of our services include:

• Travel Arrangements - 5ive Star Concierges are well equipped to schedule travel itineraries. If a client is out of town and needs assistance getting home or to their next destination, a 5ive Star Concierge is there to assist them. Whether it’s family vacation planning, last minute travel or fun trips locally, 5ive Star Concierge will handle the request.
• Personal shopping - 5ive Star Concierge goes shopping for our clients, whether it’s for groceries or to pick up outfits from fine retailers, every job will be considered. Pantries and refrigerators will be stocked upon request.
• New / Expecting Moms - 5ive Star Concierge is thrilled to offer special rates for new and expecting mothers. The importance of helping families is paramount in our philosophy of service.
• To do lists - Clients can send 5ive Star Concierge a to-do list in the evening and it will be taken care of the next day.
• Reservations - A 5ive Star Concierge will make dining reservations, arrange car service, and make spa/massage appointments. As well, we secure tickets to sporting and cultural events.
• Relocation/Moving - 5ive Star Concierge will help clients with packing or unpacking, as needed. We will schedule deliveries and receive them at the property if the owner cannot be home.
• Car service - A 5ive Star Concierge will take a client’s car to get washed or serviced and return it to its appropriate parking spot.
• Information - 5ive Star Concierge publishes a regular e-mail newsletter providing information regarding events around town, recommendations for dining and well as reminders about upcoming important dates.
